Embrace vulnerability as we shed the layers of daily life and reconnect with our bodies in a safe, judgment-free space. Get ready to feel empowered, confident, and, most importantly, totally you! For hygiene reasons, please bring your own yoga mat and, if desired, a blanket. If you don't have these items, we can provide some for you. Risha is a Multidisciplinary Healing Artist who weaves together the sacred arts of conscious intimacy, plant medicine and yoga.
