Participants should bring their favourite notebook, paper and a pen to take notes or reflect on their experiences. It is also recommended to bring something to drink to stay hydrated. "Chiara is a psychosocial counselor and clinical sexologist passionate about helping people explore their sexuality beyond societal norms. She creates safe spaces where individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered to understand themselves more deeply. Ilija is a psychosocial counselor, systemic coach, and CBT coach specializing in self-worth, relationships, and personal growth. He helps people recognize and transform patterns, build confidence, and foster authentic connections with themselves and others in a non-judgmental space. Together, we create a safe and inclusive environment where participants can explore, reflect, and grow." This workshop is designed to be inclusive and accessible for a broad audience. It is wheelchair accessible and requires no prior experience, crafting skills, or physical fitness. Participants need to be comfortable sitting or lying down for extended periods. Unfortunately, the session does not include sign language interpretation or specific support for those with hearing impairments.
