WORKSHOP by Sarah Fellner Flinta* Only: More than a touch - ONLY FOR FLINTA* COUPLES!

At the heart of the workshop is mindful, intention-free touch, free from pressure or expectations, in order to become more aware of yourselves and your partner. Guided exercises lead you from neutral to more intimate touch in a safe, consensual space. Focus lies on sensing touch and being touched, supported by communication and respect for personal boundaries. How does skin feel on different parts of the body? What changes when touch becomes softer or firmer, slower or faster? Nudity or sexual activity may occur if both partners consent but are never required; all exercises can be adapted or stopped at any time.

The workshop is for Flinta* Couples ONLY. There is no experience level required

BE AWARE: Nudity or sexual activity may occur during the workshop. If you are not comfortable being around this, the workshop may not be the right fit for you.

Please note that there will be no mattresses provided in the space. As you will be spending time on the floor, we kindly ask you to make sure you’re comfortable. Feel free to bring yoga mats, outdoor mats, blankets, pillows, or even sleeping bags — whatever you need to feel at ease. Thank you!

IMPORTANT: Please arrive at the entrance of AIDS Hilfe Wien at least 10 minutes before the workshop begins. You will be picked up there and accompanied to the workshop room.
