Cancellation policy (for the full version, please check our GTC): Clause 10.2. If the Participant cancels participation in the courses more than four weeks before the start of the first course date in writing or text form (e.g. by letter, fax or email), no cancellation fees will be charged. In case of a cancellation four weeks or less before the start of the first course date or if the ongoing course is canceled, the agreed fees are payable in full.
