WORKSHOP by Chiara Louisa Riolfi Climax your boundaries
In this 90-minute interactive workshop, participants explore the dynamic relationship between pleasure and boundaries. Through guided somatic exercises, playful verbal consent practices, and reflective moments, we reconnect with the body’s early “yes,” “no,” and “maybe” signals. The workshop is fully clothed. No nudity or explicit sexual interaction is included. Instead, we focus on embodied awareness, nervous system regulation, and empowering communication — discovering how safety and clarity allow desire to thrive. We explore how desire feels in the body, how limits show up physically, and how both can coexist without conflict. I want you to leave with a deeper connection to your body, clearer access to your boundaries and a stronger sense of confidence in expressing what you want with integrity and consent.
