EASY TIGER

EASY TIGER by Karel Tuytschaever

Feelings of isolation and loneliness are often the reason people seek therapy. Rarely, however, are these moments in therapy that lead therapists to reflect on such feelings in their own inner world and everyday lives. EASY TIGER by Karel Tuytschaever focuses on such a rare and unexpected moment and deals with the therapist’s feeling of alienation in a seemingly perfect world. While the therapist struggles with his inescapable desire for his male client and refuses to take a precise look at himself, the film’s stunning camera work allows a deeper insight and reminds us of film's psychological potential.
